We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.

GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Advance crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.

Flat roofs need special attention. Water doesn't run off, it sits. We install TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems designed to handle ponding water in Indiana's climate.

Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.

We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Advance homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.

Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.

Most emergency roof repairs in Advance are storm-related. High winds rip off ridge caps and shingles. Fallen limbs puncture the decking. We respond fast, tarp the damage, and coordinate the permanent fix. Including insurance paperwork if applicable.

A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
