Step flashing at chimney walls is the number one leak source we see in Flatgap. Improper step flashing causes roof leaks. It's that simple. We install new step flashing with a chimney cricket for proper water diversion, sealed with Geocel tripolymer sealant. Fix it once, fix it right.
