Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Hydes areas.

We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Hydes commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.

Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Hydes. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.

Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.

After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.

Skylights bring natural light into rooms that don't have it. Bathrooms, hallways, closets. We install VELUX and Fakro fixed and vented skylights with proper flashing kits designed for asphalt shingle roofs.
