TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Kirvin areas.

We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Kirvin commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.

Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Texas's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.

Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.

Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.

VELUX FS fixed skylights and VS vented skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for profile roofing. The flashing integrates with your shingle courses per IRC R903.2 weather protection requirements. We cut the opening, frame the curb with doubled 2x lumber, install the skylight with factory sealant, and weave the flashing into the existing shingle field. Leak-proof when done right.
