Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Paradox. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Paradox homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.
