We price new installs by the roofing square (100 sq ft). Architectural shingles in Sledge typically run $350-$550 per square installed, depending on the pitch and access. That includes materials, labor, cleanup, and warranty registration.

Standing seam metal lasts 40-60 years with practically zero maintenance. Higher upfront cost than shingles, but you'll never replace it again. Our Sledge metal crews do residential and commercial.

Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.

Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.

We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in Sledge. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.

Our Sledge roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.

Fallen tree limb damage requires structural assessment before repair. We check rafter integrity, decking condition, and whether the ceiling joists below were impacted. If structural members are cracked or displaced, you need a framing carpenter before we re-roof. We coordinate with trusted Sledge contractors for structural work. Insurance carriers require separate line items for structural vs. roofing repairs. We document both.

VELUX FS fixed skylights and VS vented skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for profile roofing. The flashing integrates with your shingle courses per IRC R903.2 weather protection requirements. We cut the opening, frame the curb with doubled 2x lumber, install the skylight with factory sealant, and weave the flashing into the existing shingle field. Leak-proof when done right.
