Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Spade. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. Gutters aren't glamorous, but they're protecting your foundation, your fascia, and your landscaping. We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-formed on-site from a roll of coil stock. No seams means no leaks.
