Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.

Improperly sized gutters cause fascia board rot and foundation erosion. We calculate gutter capacity using the rainfall intensity formula: roof square footage x pitch factor x rainfall rate (inches/hr for Uneeda). Standard 5" K-style handles 5,520 sq ft of effective roof area. Bigger roofs or steeper pitches need 6" gutters with 3x4" downspouts. We hang with hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails every 24".
